That kind of change is only possible through organized and strategic execution of evidence-based practices. My purpose is to sustain innovative systems by empowering and developing nonprofit leaders who are focused on providing enhanced learning opportunities and learning supports leading to exceptional community outcomes.

I believe educational equity emancipates. Knowledge is power. As founder of the nonprofit, Upstream Education For All, our mission is to differentiate support for nonprofit leaders through executive coaching, and by facilitating strategic alliances among leaders who are members of the Upstream Village. Upstream’s mission is to advance the work of nonprofit leaders whose organizations are powerfully impacting the whole child, the whole family, and the whole community. We are committed to breaking down silos among these leaders who could tactically work smarter together. The result of empowering nonprofit leadership teams and combining forces… a powerfully positive generational impact through the design of wrap-around, holistic solutions.

I have been described as a visionary and a prophet when it comes to why it is mission critical that dysfunctional educational systems be revamped with a sense of urgency. This is an imperative if people are going to succeed in a knowledge economy and an AI age. I have also had the privilege of delivering many keynote addresses to educators and members of the business community nationally and internationally. In my keynotes, I focus on sustainable educational systems change offering targeted messages for a plethora of stakeholders including educators, board members, donors, staff, parents, teachers and students.
